Your feelings are information.

A private, guided space to find precise words for what you feel, notice what your body is saying, explore feelings about feelings, and identify what may be needed next.

Step 1

Explore the emotion wheel

Begin near the center with a broad emotion, then tap an outer segment for a more specific word. A precise label can make an experience easier to understand and respond to.

Step 2

Check the intensity

Intensity can guide what helps. At higher levels, regulate first; reflection and problem-solving often work better after the nervous system settles.

Emotionally engaged

The feeling has your attention, and you may still be able to do what matters.

Pause, name the feeling, and choose one small next step.
Step 3

Listen to the body

Emotions often arrive as physical sensations before they become words. These patterns are clues, not diagnoses, and they vary from person to person.

Sadness

Anger

Step 4

Explore the layers

A primary emotion is the first response to an event. A meta-emotion is how you feel about that feeling—for example, ashamed of sadness or afraid of anger. Neither layer is “wrong.”

Your reflections stay in this browser unless you print or save them. Avoid entering identifying or sensitive information on a shared device.

Use this gently

Emotion words and body cues are invitations to notice—not rules. Several emotions can coexist, and the “right” label may change as you slow down. If you are at risk of harming yourself or someone else, or cannot stay safe, seek immediate local emergency or crisis support.
